Deluxe is seeking a seasoned Paid Media Specialist with a proven track record of success in developing and managing B2B Paid Media programs. As part of the Digital Marketing Team, your primary focus will be to partner with cross functional groups to help identify, facilitate, develop and execute strategic initiatives that support and drive profitable leads through Paid Search, Paid Social and Display. You will assume end-to-end responsibility for plan development, execution, forecasting, analysis and reporting of results. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, creative resources, outside vendors and other internal teams to define strategies and tactics, manage an Ad Testing schedule, budgets, ensure timely delivery, and report results. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of B2B Paid Search, Paid Social, and Display strategies and techniques with a specific focus around lead generation. Leadership skills, intrinsic motivation, a solid client-service mentality, and an A+ Excel skillset are critical attributes for this role.
