Senior Paid Media Specialist - B2B Lead Generation

Deluxe is seeking a seasoned Paid Media Specialist with a proven track record of success in developing and managing B2B Paid Media programs. As part of the Digital Marketing Team, your primary focus will be to partner with cross functional groups to help identify, facilitate, develop and execute strategic initiatives that support and drive profitable leads through Paid Search, Paid Social and Display. You will assume end-to-end responsibility for plan development, execution, forecasting, analysis and reporting of results. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, creative resources, outside vendors and other internal teams to define strategies and tactics, manage an Ad Testing schedule, budgets, ensure timely delivery, and report results. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of B2B Paid Search, Paid Social, and Display strategies and techniques with a specific focus around lead generation. Leadership skills, intrinsic motivation, a solid client-service mentality, and an A+ Excel skillset are critical attributes for this role.


  • Create, execute, and manage B2B Paid Media strategies and programs across various products and services. 
  • Manage all aspects of program development, expansion, optimization, reporting, forecasting, bid management, and budgeting 
  • Continuous in-depth analysis and optimization of campaigns, including creative assets, landing page quality, lead and traffic quality, structure, etc. 
  • Own the planned vs. actual results and proactively adjust strategies and tactics in response to both positive and negative variances 
  • Research, analyze and monitor industry trends and common practices as well as competitive, technological and demographic factors so that market opportunities may be capitalized on and the effects of competitive activity may be minimized 
  • Uncover new common practices and ensure clear documentation and guidance is provided to the right areas within the organization 
  • Work with analytics teams to analyze and translate quantitative and qualitative data from web analytics into actionable plans

Basic Qualifications:

  • Education and Experience: Bachelors in Marketing, Business or related area and 3 years experience or HS/GED and 7 years experience in marketing and eCommerce. 
  • Experience and accountability building and managing program budgets of at least $100k monthly. 
  • Experience working with Google and Bing ads 
  • Advanced skills in Excel

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience: Bachelors in Marketing, Business or related area and 5years of paid search experience with a minimum of 3 years of paid search and/or remarketing experience. 
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills. 
  • Experience managing 3rd party partners 
  • Excellent project management, planning and organization skills.
