The Senior Social Media Specialist is an intermediate level position on Social Media team responsible for providing expert social media services to assigned elite social media clients that foster engagement, drive website traffic and conversions, and ultimately build strong online communities. The person in this role is responsible forcreating and publishing content on all social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, to grow an audience, build brand awareness, and ultimately, drive new patients for clients. The Senior Social Media Specialist will play a key role in facilitating cross-departmental collaboration for assigned elite clients who also have other high-level RevenueWell services, such as SEO and PPC.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Collaborate with Social Media team to plan and create new content (text, images, and videos) that inform and engage via Canva and Photoshop. 
  • Build in-depth content calendars for clients. 
  • Utilize enterprise tools like Hootsuite, Facebook Business Manager and Ads Manager to effectively manage social media channels and analyze insights and metrics. 
  • Responsible for creating, launching, and monitoring success of creative, out-of-the-box organic and paid social media campaigns to drive engagement, leads and foot traffic to client websites. 
  • Consistently exercises independent judgement when managing client accounts and campaigns. 
  • Take a consultative approach to client account management and serve as the catalyst for cross-department inclusion on client accounts. 
  • Stay abreast of social media platform functionality and trends to better inform content creation and strategies. 
  • Provide monthly reporting of paid and organic content performance and campaigns across social platforms.
  • Collaborate with the Social Media team on campaigns and initiatives. 
  • Continue to expand knowledge of industry trends and implement creative solutions to PBHS Launch Social. 
  • Other duties as assigned.

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English, Communications, or other relevant major. 
  • 3+ years of experience in digital, social, or community management (working with multiple accounts or clients a plus). 
  • Solid working knowledge of Facebook, Facebook Business Manager and Facebook Ads Manager (Personal Facebook page a must). 
  • Advanced experience in digital, social, or community management. 
  • Understand digital media trends, analytics, and overall campaign evaluation. 
  • Experience using social publishing or scheduling platforms (Sprout Social, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.). 
  • Intermediate or advanced experience working with Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or Affinity Photo. 
  • Ability to multi-task; manage multiple and diverse accounts. 
  • An independent self-starter who consitently executes on deliverables. 
  • Superb copywriting skills. 
  • Developed ability to cultivate and maintain positive working relationships. 
  • Mastery of managing a heavy workload and multiple projects, while maintaining professional quality output. 
  • Easily keeps pace with multiple demands and fast turn-around times, while displaying a positive attitude. 
  • Professional who has a knack for working effectively with a variety of personalities inside and outside the organization.
