Logic PD is growing rapidly and is hiring for a highly motivated B2B Strategic Marketing Specialist. The Strategic Marketing Specialist is responsible for creating and delivering market analyses to support the growth of Logic PD with the goal of increasing brand and product relevance through the development and implementation of marketing and communication strategies that address the needs of our markets and current customers/prospects

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and develop content and collect data gathered within marketing automation platform (workflow and lead scoring system creation, ensuring links between marketing leads and sales contacts are firing correctly and providing necessary data) 
  • Maintain and develop content and collect data gathered within marketing automation platform (workflow and lead scoring system creation, ensuring links between marketing leads and sales contacts are firing correctly and providing necessary data) 
  • Maintain and build Logic PD’s competitive intelligence resources, including strategic company/customer profiles, competitor roadmaps/updates, and market trend analyses 
  • Assist in development of go-to-market strategies for B2B products and services to several industry verticals, including digital, offline, PR, tradeshow/events and other 
  • Brief client-facing teams on market trends and competitive movements 
  • Interface and provide ideas/content for web development, PR, research subscriptions, and other vendors 
  • Partner with sales to define and evolve our qualification criterion and devise programs targeted to specific audience segments to deliver a high-quality pipeline for sales 
  • Partner with marketing team to drive creation of compelling new website 
  • Prepare and update sales/prospecting presentations, business presentations and metrics updates, as well as external case studies, white papers and other inbound marketing collateral 
  • Develop customer journeys to up-sell and cross-sell products and services to existing customers, and ensure they are happy and engaged. 
  • Develop actionable customer profiles for use in marketing efforts 
  • Assist with design, deployment and results analysis of annual Voice of Customer and Voice of Employee studies 
  • Act as liaison for marketing with internal customers (D&E, sales, program management at multiple locations) 
  • Establish clear success metrics for each of your programs be prepared to regularly report progress, test results and future direction 
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field (B2B preferred, but not required) 
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, business, or related field preferred 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) 
  • Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative research techniques, statistical analysis software (SPSS) preferred, but not required 
  • Experience conducting primary and secondary research studies 
  • Familiarity/experience with syndicated research sources (Hoover’s, IBISWorld, etc.) 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Ability to work independently, proactively, and exercise good judgment 
  • Strong time management skills and the ability manage competing deadlines 
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with quickly changing priorities to ensure superior customer satisfaction
