Position Details

Senior Web Designer
Southeast Wisconsin
West Bend, WI

As a Senior Web Designer, you will lead the strategy and design of high-quality, strategy driven and user focused web sites. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a wide range of web and digital designs for various web applications. This individual needs to be a passionate designer who has the ability to interpret creative direction, concept comprehensive layouts and communicate design rationale. Good communication skills, creative problem-solving skills and an entrepreneurial spirit are also key to this role. As the Senior Web Designer you will lead by example and be the go-to for the creative and art directors.


  • Ability to understand design principles and their application in web 
  • Knowledge of web processes and all aspects of web projects 
  • Interpret and apply creative direction for high level conceptual work 
  • Expert knowledge of responsive design and designing for a wide range of devices 
  • Communicate efficiently and work in a fast-paced collaborative environment 
  • Ability to present concepts internally and to clients with thought-out designs and rationale 
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently 
  • Understand capabilities of Sitecore, be a resource for Sitecore design and strategy 
  • Work closely with SEO and analytics team to influence and create design and web strategies


  • 3-4 years of experience in web design 
  • Experienced in HTML, CSS and Javascript 
  • Expert knowledge of Photoshop, Sketch and other UX/UI design tools 
  • An extensive portfolio which demonstrates professional experience with responsive design, typography, UX/UI design and creativity 
  • Understand the fundamentals of SEO and web analytics and how it impacts design strategy and UX/UI decisions
