This role is part writer, part strategist with a heavy focus on crafting effective content across our clients’ digital ecosystems. It also requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, technical expertise, client relationship management, communication skills and attention to detail.

You'll be the strategist and voice behind content that ranks in search engines and connects across digital channels. What You’ll Do:

  • Create robust, cohesive content strategies and outlines for websites, email campaigns, paid media and social media campaigns
  • Write and edit digital content that connects with audiences and drives measurable results—ranging from full website content development to landing pages and blog posts to programmatic display, paid social, and YouTube scripts.
  • Researching and staying up to date on the latest developments in terms of search engine optimization, digital marketing content trends, and consumer behavior.
  • Audit and update older content to align with current SEO best practices, brand guidelines, and evolving content standards.
  • Ensure consistency in tone, voice, and brand messaging across all formats—web, social, video, email and paid advertising.
  • Translate brand and marketing strategy into clear messaging frameworks and content plans.
  • Develop brand tone and voice guidelines, campaign messaging for multiple clients.
  • Use AI tools like Jasper and ChatGPT to assist with ideation while maintaining high human first editorial standards.
  • Collaborate closely with ZG creativeteams , project managers, media teams and account executives to bring campaigns to life.
  • Conduct in-depth SEO analysis—covering backlink profiles, keyword gaps, position tracking, traffic analytics, and technical site audits—to guide content optimization and improve overall search visibility and performance.
  • Monitor website performance metrics using tools including Google Analytics 4 (GA4), SEMRush, Google Search Console and others, to track growth and uncover insights and opportunities.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • 4–7 years of experience in content strategy, copywriting, and SEO—developing high-performing content across web, email, and paid digital channels.
  • Excellent grammar, editing skills and attention to detail
  • Strong writing portfolio that includes high-performing content for websites, email, paid ads and social media.
  • Deep understanding of search intent, keyword research, and content architecture, SEO principles, user experience, and how messaging adapts across the digital ecosystem.
  • Agency background and experience in healthcare verticals preferred—you’re used to balancing multiple clients, deliverables, and deadlines to keep projects moving forward.
  • Comfortable using AI tools to enhance efficiency—while maintaining the quality and nuance only a human touch can provide.
  • Skilled in tools like SEMrush, GA4, Google Search Console, and CMS platforms
  • Organized, proactive, and collaborative—with the ability to drive projects forward with confidence and clarity
