Your Role:

As a Shopper Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for working with Sales, Brand marketing and Category teams to accelerate topline growth and profitability while playing an integral role in the development and execution of shopper marketing programs that support the Reynolds Consumer Products brands and Retail Customer sales objectives.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Partner with category management to establish learning plans and conduct ROI analysis, providing recommendation for optimization of shopper programs. 
  • Develop and execute shopper marketing plans that drive demand, build brand equity, and increase merchandising by leveraging account-specific tactics/programs. 
  • Collaborate with RCP and Customer teams to identify and prioritize highest impact opportunities; developing and activating shopper programs within retailer media networks. 
  • Work closely with consumer insights and category management teams to gain an understanding of brand and shopper insights to maximize impact of marketing programs at retailers. 
  • Create compelling sell-in presentations to gain alignment from internal and external stakeholders on shopper marketing recommendations and budgets.

Ultimately, you will manage projects and budgets from concept to completion, with a high level of attention to details and timelines. Deliver projects on time and on budget and provide leadership in driving for efficiency improvement of all shopper marketing investments through program recaps and analysis.

We need you to have:

  • BA/BS required with emphasis in a business discipline, advertising, or communications preferred 
  • Minimum, 5 years of Shopper Marketing or Consumer Promotions experience in CPG industry; agency or client side 
  • Strong computer literacy, including ability to work effectively across multiple platforms and dashboards, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products; Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, etc. 
  • Excellent project management skills; attention to detail, accuracy, deliver projects on time and on budget 
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to review and evaluate data to improve efficiency and effectiveness of programs 
  • Ability to accurately develop and manage multiple budgets
