Social Media Account Executive

The Social Media Account Executive within our PR, Social & Content department is an integral position within the agency. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of full-time experience, wants to do social media in a big way and has a true passion for social media strategy that connects brands with their target audiences.

  • Maintain a professional rapport with clients, building their trust and confidence 
  • Manage the development of social media creative, sharing insight into the target behavior on social media and feedback for the creative team on how to make the work stronger 
  • Manage teams that engage target audiences, build brand advocates, respond to customer service issues and garner user-generated content 
  • Stay current on new and existing social media platforms, tools, best practices and how organizations are using them, so that the agency can make informed recommendations to clients 
  • Contribute to social media strategy and content marketing planning, partnering within the department, with the Media team to develop amplification plans and with other agency departments to ensure integration and excellence 
  • Measure the effectiveness of social media and content marketing plans, sharing best practices, helping businesses to grow 
  • Collaborate effectively as a team member within the Public Relations, Social Media and Content department and with other agency teams and associates
  • The successful candidate should possess at least four years of social media experience
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment and ability to thrive under pressure 
  • The ideal candidate should have a can-do attitude, curiosity, integrity and a We Before Me philosophy 
  • Ability to articulate and understand the emotional context and motivations of varying target markets to create true brand devotion 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills including strong presentation skills 
  • Ability to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
