JOB SUMMARY

The Social Media and Communications Coordinator will work closely with the Vice President to manage communications and social media for Vista Care. Responsibilities include content creation, social media management, development of internal and external communications, brand management, and serving as a point of contact for external contractors/marketing agencies.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Content creation. 
  • Social media management 
  • Content creation & internal communication calendar management 
  • Internal communications 
  • Website management 
  • Public relations support 
  • Brand management 
  • Administrative support 
  • Other duties & projects as assigned

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelors preferred 
  • 3+ years of relatable experience 
  • Strong time-management skills and ability to work independently 
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills for diverse audiences 
  • Strong organizational & planning skills 
  • Familiarity with basic graphic design principles, Canva

JOB TYPE: Full-time

COMPENSATION: $20-$23/hour

LOCATION: Sheboygan, WI - hybrid optional after first 6 months (remote candidates with strong experience may be considered.
