As a Social Media & Interactive Specialist at Culver Franchising System, Inc., you will play a critical role in a world-class marketing team. You will assist in building the Culver's brand through sound and strategic marketing programs. In this position you will advance and elevateour brand on a variety of social media platforms while workingin conjunction with our advertising agency. You will lead and execute a variety of online promotions and digital campaigns utilizing social media, eClub and Text Club. As a member of the team, you get the opportunity tosupport each and every restaurant and region, assistingin our Mission: “That every guest who chooses Culver’s leaves happy.   • Cultivate and support proactive working relationships with franchisees 
  • Accountable for the execution of Social Media Promotions, including content, growth, analytics and strategic leadership on and across various platforms, including: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and new social media/interactive programs. 
  • Accountable for the content disbursement and social media monitoring in conjunction with the advertising agency 
  • Accountable for growth and development of Text Club and eClub programs, providing monthly updates for senior management. Will lead all Text Club and eClub elements for each campaign period, manage template updates, and support training classes on Text Club and eClub 
  • Manage and respond to guest inquiries and comments as appropriate for variety of social platforms 
  • Accountable for online promotions that align with our promotional campaigns Responsible for managing advertising agency for assigned projects 
  • Be knowledgeable of overall media strategy and tactics 
  • Support Marketing Managers on digital initiatives as backup including: iPhone/Android App, Culvers.com, Digital Campaign execution, Other digital initiatives 
  • Work with the Vice President of Marketing as needed on assigned projects / deliverables 
  • Assist as needed with Market Meeting agendas and presentations 
  • Brand Subcommittee participation as needed 
  • Participate in ongoing communication/training with Operations Field Team

Four year college or university Marketing degree and 1-2 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with social media analytics software and social media monitoring is preferred.
