Position Details

Social Media Associate
Southeast Wisconsin
Milwaukee, WI

The Social Media Associate will work with RyTech team members to implement and execute social media strategies for our clients. The Social Media Associate will develop organic social media content, post on our clients’ social media channels, manage social media profiles, respond to comments, analyze reporting data, develop monthly reports, identify areas of opportunity for our clients, and assist with additional tasks as necessary.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Publish content on social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram on behalf of RyTech's clients 
  • Create dynamic written, graphic, and video content focused on achieving our clients' goals 
  • Create content that promotes audience interaction and increases traffic to company websites 
  • Monitor messages and comments received on social media accounts 
  • Assist with social media management and live posting at client events 
  • Research and identify areas of opportunities for clients 
  • Analyze data from social reports with attention to return on investment 
  • Share monthly reporting and results with clients 
  • Continue education of social media trends and updates
  • Willingness to learn and understand various client industries 
  • Knowledge of Sprout Social social media management and reporting preferred
  • Hybrid Remote (3 days in office; 2 days remote) 
  • Salary, starting at $40,000/year; dependent on experience
