Our Wisconsin production brewery features a Tap Room, Beer Garden, and industrial Event Hall nestled in the Stadium District of Green Bay, WI.

From these simple origins, our mission became clear to us early on: “Brew beer that brings people together”. For centuries families, friends, even strangers have gathered over the communal nature of food and beverages. We proudly carry that torch today and onward into the continued future growth and expansion of our beverage company here in Green Bay.

To What We Have Become…

Today, Badger State Brewing continues to showcase a beer-centric Tap Room with near two dozen Wisconsin-brewed beers on tap. We also have expanded our offerings into Hard Seltzer (Stateside Seltzer) and our own hard cider (Orchard Apple). Our selections of other bottled and canned products continue to highlight Wisconsin producers whenever possible; something that makes us proud as fellow Badgers. Our once empty spaces surrounding the building have developed into event halls and additional gathering spaces helping us further our cause to bring people together over beer. We are honored by the numerous types and sizes of events we help host as people create memories in our spaces that will last a lifetime.

Position Details

Social Media Brand Manager & Marketing Creator
Northeast Wisconsin

Create and manage all social posts for Brewery and Event Hall social channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok)

  • Create, publish, and manage paid social media ads (ex. Instagram, Facebook) 
  • Responsible for chronicling, compiling and producing content that captures all aspects of our core business operations. Including, but not limited to, manufacturing processes, onsite restaurant operations, agriculture/livestock, public & private events, lodging etc.

Create, publish, and manage email marketing campaigns

  • Ability to clearly present concepts internally to obtain feedback from management 
  • Ability to be nimble, flexible, and revise copy or creative work based on team feedback 
  • Ensure inclusion of key marketing elements that make for a successful campaign, with a basic understanding of campaign tracking, analytics, and reporting. 
  • Ability to consistently meet deadlines Strong ability to work with colleagues at all levels. Ability to juggle multiple projects at one time, while producing exceptional output and meeting deadlines. 
  • Ability to manage partnerships with vendors (ex. Radio and magazine ads)

Core Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement and maintain the overall social media strategy for the company 
  • Oversee online presence: direct, manage, and execute social media strategies and content creation across all digital platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Mailchimp. 
  • Manage social media direction by refining brand style and voice, developing short and long-term social media marketing campaigns, and producing valuable, creative and engaging content. 
  • Plan, organize and implement a range of social media programs and events. 
  • Create and maintain online company advertising efforts and campaigns including evaluation of current ad placement; development of new ads, themes and taglines; assessment of current ads; and ad management 
  • Develop and maintain relationships with social media influencers. 
  • Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with craft beer and wine community including but not limited to bloggers, brewers, wine makers, marketing and PR liaisons, bar owners and staff 
  • Website maintenance and upkeep; collect and maintain website analytics on a quarterly basis.
  • Self-starter with the proven ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced growing environment. 
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in digital marketing, or similar field, and/or a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in marketing with 2 years experience in the field. 
  • Must be proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), and Microsoft Word and Excel, Google Drive 
  • Understanding of effective design with an eye for and ability to create engaging content including photos, video, editing 
  • Aptitude for exceptional copywriting 
  • Project management minded with strong organizational skills 
  • Desire to work in the food and beverage industry, with a strong knowledge of beer preferred 
  • Availability to work nights and weekends as needed
