Social Media Community Specialist

About The Role:

  • Assist in creating, managing and growing the company’s presence through Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok and other relevant and upcoming social media platforms.
  • Responsible for customer support – answering questions however they come in, while managing and escalating (when appropriate) online feedback
  • Experience using tools such as Word Press, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, Hypr, Sprinklr and Hootsuite.
  • Use Google Analytics and other measurement tools to provide reports on metrics, and continually find ways to improve on those metrics through testing and new initiatives.
  • Identify trends and insights from the platforms and our community, reporting out to internal partners.
  • Provide visibility and reporting for potential issues and risks as they arise through community management and social listening.

About You:

  • 2-3 years experience in a corporate setting.
  • Fashion and retail experience is a plus.
  • B.A in Marketing, Communications or a Related Field

  • Support Global Social Media Manager in recaps and reporting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excels at research, is able to identify threats and opportunities in social media content
  • Ability to work individually on a project or in a team environment
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities based on organizational needs
  • Highly organized and collaborative
  • Be able to liaise across departments and work in different time zone
  • Understand how different global markets work
  • Sense of urgency, motivated, proactive and curious mind

  • Interested in the fashion retail industry and desire to learn all aspects of the brand/business
