About the Role:

We’re looking for a Social Media Coordinator to bring our locations to life online - someone who understands the energy of a dining room on a Saturday night and the details that matter to regulars and first-timers alike. You’ll lead content creation and community engagement for our nine restaurants across all social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. You’ll own the day-to-day content calendar, pitch fresh ideas, capture photo and video for use across social/email/paid advertising, and help us connect with our audience in meaningful ways. This is a restaurant-first marketing role: you’ll be in and out of kitchens, collaborating with GMs, and shaping each concept’s unique digital voice.

Working closely with our Marketing Manager and Graphic Designer, you’ll play a vital role in growing our brand presence, customer engagement, and revenue. This role is ideal for someone with experience in restaurants who’s looking to grow into a full-time creative or strategic marketing role.

Responsibilities:

  • Capture on-site content at restaurant locations (photos, reels, behind-the-scenes stories, live content from special events, etc.)
  • Write and schedule posts that highlight our food, team, and community across social platforms, collaborating with the Marketing Manager to strategically execute the content calendar
  • Manage all social media accounts, including community engagement
  • Collaborate with the in-house designer on campaign visuals and email assets
  • Track post performance and report on engagement and follower growth
  • Assist with social marketing for retail launches, holidays, and special events
  • Other projects and duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–2 years of experience in social media, content creation, or marketing. Hospitality experience is also a plus - especially if you’ve worked as a server, bartender, cook, host, or otherwise feel at-home on the floor
  • Strong photography background, preferably in food and beverage
  • Strong writing, storytelling, and community engagement instincts
  • Confidence working independently and collaborating with restaurant teams
  • Understanding of social platforms, strategy, and best practices
  • Experience with reporting tools and photo/video editing software
  • Familiarity with paid social, lead generation, and email capture is a plus, but not required

Scheduling & Compensation:

  • Core work days are Monday - Friday, 9:00 - 5:00. Hours will regularly flex to provide coverage for evening and weekend content opportunities. 
  • Primarily in-person role, with frequent travel between the corporate office and restaurant locations across Chicago and Niles
  • Salary is based on qualifications and relevant experience
