We are looking for an enthusiastic and savvy Social Media Coordinator. Reporting to the Marketing Communications Manager, you’ll help drive growth of the PS brand via our social media channels including (but not limited to) Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube. The ideal candidate will be a creative self-starter, with a passion for all things social (and food!)

What you’ll do:

  • Assist in the development of organic social strategies for our primary channels: Instagram, TikTok and YouTube 
  • Create, schedule and publish content across multiple social media channels 
  • Respond to community members and customers and coordinate support from Customer Service, Sales and Marketing teams where needed. 
  • Seek out and identify potential collaborations and partnerships 
  • Assist in management of PS Ambassador team; onboard new brand ambassadors, coordinate product sends, and maintain relationships within the community 
  • Keep up to date on social media trends, best practices and channel updates, and provide recommendations to drive further exposure and engagement 
  • Assists with recipe and lifestyle photo and video shoots Other duties as assigned

What we’re looking for:

  • 1-3 years of professional social media experience desired 
  • Strong understanding of social channels and the audience of each 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to write in multiple brand voices 
  • Enthusiasm for BBQ, cooking, and food is a huge plus! 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize projects and adapt to changing deadlines 
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently 
  • This position is mostly sedentary however some tasks may require lifting, bending or standing
