ZYN, a fast-growing certified B-Corp start-up, is seeking a Social Media Coordinator. Our first product to market is a Curcumin (from Turmeric) infused drink that is carried nationwide at large retailers such as Safeway, in the military, can be found at many of the pro-athlete training facilities, and includes an e-commerce strategy as well.

The Social Media Coordinator will help grow the social media presence that ZYN has built thus far and work with the marketing team on strategies to continue to increase engagement.

The Gig:

  • Grow each social media platform and help launch new ones. 
  • Be the brand voice on social media while monitoring ZYN’s presence. 
  • Respond to all comments and facilitate engagement. 
  • Provide excellent customer service through social media. 
  • Weave the BCorp mission and Non-GMO #bethebutterfly into social media. 
  • Oversee all scheduling of content on social media. 
  • Assist and collaborate in developing amaZYN assets. 
  • Oversee outside partners and help execute brand partnerships such as giveaways. 
  • Analyze data to determine the success of social content and if the goals were achieved.
  • Oversee and further develop an influencer marketing strategy. 
  • Grow and oversee the Brand Ambassador program. 
  • Assist with other marketing tactics to help support the marketing team.

Our must-haves:

  • At least 2 years of social media experience including utilizing scheduling platforms like Hootsuite or Later and developing social media strategies. 
  • Creative and outside-the-box tinkerer. 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Ability to measure the success of campaigns. 
  • Strategic thinker that can look ahead.
