Social Media Implementation Specialist (Remote or In-Office)

As our Social Media Implementation Specialist, you’ll work cross-functionally to strategically tell our stories through a variety of social media channels, in a way that is engaging and emotionally connects, driving audience action and business results. In this role you will have accountability that includes participation in strategy development, content creation, analytics and optimization.

• Facilitates cross-functional content creation, working closely with internal teams to refine and maintain ongoing content calendars
• Proactively identifies content that will thrive on specific social media channels
• Drafts proposed social post copy Collaborates with creative team members to develop visual assets to support individual social posts
• Schedules content delivery for multiple Media channels (paid, owned and earned) leveraging technology platforms
• Compiles and analyzes social media metrics to inform continual refinement of social strategies
• Possesses intellectual curiosity to always be learning and growing within the role, the company and industry Monitors social media properties for customer, employee and community engagement (comments, likes, tags, mentions) and uses best judgement to respond/share accordingly.
• Provides social media support for issues management and crisis communication as necessary.
• Recommends and implements paid social media strategies in partnership with Media team members to support marketing campaigns
• Manages deliverables and timelines for Media campaigns within a defined process.
• Proactively raises awareness of potential priority and/or channel conflict.
• Partners cross-functionally to manage and maintain “newsrooms” on company owned web properties.
• Provides campaign and media performance reporting detail to strategist.
• Participates in analysis as appropriate.
• Supports Media Reputation Strategists in the development of Media strategy recommendations to improve the awareness and reputation of the organization leveraging Media best practices
• Responsible for expense tracking
• Develops compliance, product and Media best practices knowledge specific to paid, owned and earned Media.
• Facilitates compliance review and approvals.
• Delivers inputs to the strategy development process through competitive analysis, monitoring and identification of trends (external market).
• In support of business strategies, contributes to Media strategy test and learn agendas (inclusive of paid, owned and earned).
• Maintains enterprise content calendar.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Journalism, Communications, Marketing or related field.
• 3-5 years of related experience.
• Prior experience managing corporate B2B and/or consumer social media channels preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work independently.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Understanding of key levers that drive media and business results.
• Understanding of expense management and how it impacts business results.

Base Salary Range: $65,600-$98,400 (Compensation may vary based on the job level, your geographic work location, position incentive plan and exemption status.)
