The Opportunity:

We’re seeking a strategic, creative, and hands-on Social Media Manager to join our Digital Marketing Team. This role is central to maintaining and growing our brand presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X, while collaborating with agency partners, internal teams, and influencers to drive engagement, traffic, and conversions.

You’ll play a pivotal role in planning content strategy, managing paid and organic efforts, and ensuring our social media presence reflects our brand values, connects with our audience, and achieves measurable business goals. This role does not include any direct reports!

What You'll Do:

Social Strategy & Execution

  • Lead a goal-driven content strategy built on brand pillars, maintaining a platform-specific calendar aligned with launches, campaigns, and trends.
  • Oversee the development of high-impact content to drive performance.

Content Creation & Innovation

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external creators to plan, produce, and deliver high-quality visual content (photo, video, graphics) that reflects our brand voice.
  • Stay current on social trends and test emerging formats to keep content fresh and engaging.
  • Work closely with our in-house photographer/videographer as needed to support larger campaigns or specialized shoots.
  • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for social, digital, and web platforms, ensuring alignment with our brand voice.

Community & Influencer Engagement

  • Manage community interactions across platforms, fostering timely, authentic engagement.
  • Lead social listening, influencer relationships, and UGC initiatives to deepen brand connection and expand reach.

Agency Collaboration

  • Coordinate closely with external agencies, ensuring campaign alignment, sharing insights, and driving continuous optimization through regular check-ins.

Performance & Analytics

  • Track and analyze key metrics (impressions, CPC, CTR, engagement), leveraging insights to refine content strategy and improve performance across paid and organic channels.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or Business
  • 5+ years of experience in social media content creation, social media management, preferably within a brand, media, or agency setting.
  • Deep knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and tools (Sprout Social, Meta Suite, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.)
  • Experience working with or managing agency partners (paid media, creative)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • An eye for visual branding and a passion for storytelling and creating engaging content that drives brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Experience in analyzing social media performance, using data-driven insights to inform content strategy and optimize engagement (GA4).
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Video content creation or direction experience a plus

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the wellness, nutrition, or healthcare industry
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing and UGC strategies
  • Working knowledge of paid social advertising tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads)

Travel Requirements:

Minimal travel required.
