Due to growth, we are seeking a Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team in St. Paul, MN. In this role you will identify opportunities, leverage knowledge of social media platforms and their capabilities to create strategies and dynamic content that drives brand affinity and cultivates engaged online communities across the DFA Fluid Milk and Ice Cream division.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Create and manage platform specific assets and execute content calendars across brands and platforms 
  • Assist in management and analysis of paid, owned and earned social data across platforms and tools that provide insight driven recommendations, optimization, and decisions 
  • Partner with various teams across DFA to develop campaigns and content to support objectives 
  • Actively manage communities for several key brands including answering questions and engaging with consumer provided content Increase fan engagement by facilitating discussions 
  • Participate in real-time community listening and conversations on behalf of the brand 
  • Test and learn to keep DFA Fluid Milk and Ice Cream brands on the forefront of engaging social media content 
  • Maintain and share awareness of emerging social trends and tactics and experiment with emerging social media trends to keep DFA on forefront of engaging content

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field 
  • 2-4 years’ experience in social media or content marketing, managing multiple social media channels 
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Tik Tok and other social media platforms and best practices 
  • Experience in community management is required 
  • Experience with executing paid social media that includes Meta Ads manager is preferred
