The PR, Social & Content Sr. Account Executive is an integral position within the agency. The ideal candidate will have at least six years of full-time experience, wants to do media relations in a big way and has a true passion for writing. They will participate in the development of social media and content plans and manage the execution of these plans.

  • Understand client marketing communications strategy and apply this understanding to client planning and execution 
  • Maintain a professional rapport with clients, building their trust and confidence 
  • Lead the development and execution of strategic social marketing and content marketing plans 
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of social media and content marketing plans, sharing best practices, helping businesses to grow 
  • Ideate social media and content ideas with an art director partner, draft social media posts and longer-form content pieces 
  • Manage teams that engage target audiences, respond to customer service issues and garner user-generated content 
  • Stay up to date on new social media platforms, tools, best practices and how organizations are using them so that the agency can make informed recommendations to clients 
  • Add value to social media and content marketing planning and projects by contributing marketing and creative ideas and observations 
  • Collaborate effectively as a team member within the Public Relations, Social Media and Content department and with other agency teams and associates 
  • Demonstrate advanced account management and lead teams 
  • Understand marketing communications and apply this understanding to client planning and execution
  • The successful candidate should possess at least six years of social media experience 
  • Writing must be a passion 
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment and ability to thrive under pressure 
  • The ideal candidate should have a can-do attitude, curiosity, integrity and a We Before Me philosophy 
  • Ability to articulate and understand the emotional context and motivations of varying target markets to create true brand devotion 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills including strong presentation skills 
  • Ability to work in the United States without sponsorship
