We’re a fast-growing, woman-owned creative agency looking for a seasoned social media specialist to join our team. We partner with clients across a variety of B2B markets, including financial services, technology, healthcare, supply chain, nonprofit and more. As part of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to make a measurable impact on our work and grow alongside our expanding collective of creatives.

What you’ll do:

  • Work with clients to understand their business goals and develop social media strategies to reach their audiences
  • Implement and manage organic and paid social media campaigns for a range of clients
  • Create social media content and work with creative team to develop other creative assets as needed, such as graphics and animations
  • Post and monitor content through social media automation tools, such as Hootsuite and Sprout Social
  • Define KPIs, track progress toward each client’s unique objectives and make recommendations to optimize performance
  • Identify opportunities to amplify the reach of social media campaigns, including influencer strategy and user-generated content
  • Stay up to date on best practices and capabilities across all major social media platforms
  • Manage our own agency’s social media strategy
  • Manage other web publishing tasks as needed
  • Identify priorities and manage multiple clients and deadlines

What you need:

  • 3-5 years of professional experience as a social media specialist or in a similar role
  • Experience in a B2B environment preferred, including financial services, technology, healthcare and supply chain
  • Proven experience in developing, implementing and delivering measurable results via social media campaigns
  • Excellent knowledge of paid and organic capabilities for Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter and other major social media platforms
  • Strong understanding of social media KPIs, web traffic metrics and SEO
  • Self-directed with an innate understanding of what’s needed to move projects forward
  • Great at multitasking and managing multiple priorities
  • Born collaborator who can give and receive constructive feedback well
  • Positivity and passion for your work and being part of a team
  • Comfortable using creative agency technology platforms, such as Asana, Freshbooks and Dropbox
