Job Overview:

Hubbard Interactive - a fast-growing creative agency subset of Hubbard Broadcasting, Inc. is looking for a Social Media Strategist. You will be responsible for executing, maintaining, reporting and analyzing clearly defined social media strategies for Hubbard Interactive clients, in a manner that supports the client's overall brand, personality and goals. Responsibilities:

  • Work closely and communicate frequently with Social Media Services Manager & Senior Social Media Strategist. 
  • You will develop, execute and analyze social media strategies for assigned clients with focus on growth and implement trends. 
  • Be critical and develop benchmark criteria to measure the effectiveness of social media programs and implement improvements. 
  • Collaborate with social team to create social media content calendars and manage posting schedules for each assigned client. 
  • Accurately place and manage Social Media advertising campaigns.

  • Maintain professional 24/7 community management of client's pages. 
  • Use tools such as Google Analytics and social insights to audit, analyze, monitor and produce monthly social media recaps for clients. 
  • Manage ongoing communication with clients. This includes monthly, in-person meetings, attending events, email/phone, etc. 
  • Act in a professional manner when representing the company. 
  • Build good working relationships with coworkers, clients, vendors and the general public. 
  • Utilize Facebook Pixel for tracking and optimizing ad campaigns, as well as building target audiences.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical, planning, forecasting and research skills. 
  • Solid experience placing and managing Social Media advertising campaigns accurately. 
  • Excellent communication and writing skills. 
  • Great customer service skills; effective presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability for use of the following, but not limited to: Facebook, Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter, Instagram, Linkedin, Pinterest, YouTube, Snapchat, Scheduling Tools, Google Analytics 
  • Additional experience in video, design, influencer or event marketing a plus. 
  • 2-3 years experience in advertising, public affairs and online marketing. 
  • Ability to work independently, yet experience working as a team member with the ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with a variety of individuals. 
  • Ability to work remotely at times on evenings and weekends, as needed. 
  • Report to work on time and work established schedule. 
  • Attend client events and support a flexible calendar as needed for success of clients.
