Position Details

Social Media Strategist
Northeast Wisconsin
Neenah, WI

Looking for a passionate, creative and collaborative Social Media Strategist to lead strategy, activation and management of social media programs and channels.

The successful candidate will have a passion for social media, and experience scaling campaigns across all major publishers (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, etc). They will also bring a highly analytical, creative, and innovative mentality to the role, which will be essential to delivering successful programs for this channel.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Partner with internal marketing teams to develop social media strategies and plans to drive business results across all social media platforms. 
  • Ensure that social and our digital channel content connects to everything we are doing, including marketing programs, paid media campaigns, industry communications and earned media plans. 
  • Develop and manage social media influencer program to grow the awareness and credibility of Jewelers Mutual. 
  • Manage social media agency activities and scope. 
  • Track, monitor and report on social media performance; sharing results to drive continuous improvement and recommendations for future campaigns 
  • Oversee and implement paid social programs and optimize posts and ads to effectively reach target audiences and achieve desired results. 
  • Oversee our brand reputation programs to grow positive ratings and sentiment, ensuring we are responding and communicating appropriately across these channels. 
  • Work with internal teams and external agencies to develop relevant and effective social content. 
  • Serve as the administrator of social media accounts across all platforms. 
  • Execute and manage paid social media programs, managing pacing aligned to KPIs and campaign budgets 
  • Provide performance summaries and return on investment via regular campaign reporting and analysis 
  • Develop social media content calendar across business units and platforms 
  • Implement acquisition programs to grow our followers across various social platforms 
  • Monitor and report on brand sentiment and activity within social channels. 
  • Lead social media best practices and stay on top of channel trends.

  • None
  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in marketing, communications, journalism, or other appropriate degree from four-year college or university plus 3+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
  • 3+ years of experience in social media marketing with responsibility for developing content that drives measurable audience engagement 
  • Experience working across all social platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest and LinkedIn 
  • Effective project management skills and ability to organize and re-prioritize, while operating within a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail 
  • Passion for visual content and storytelling, specifically on social; ability to create engaging content quickly 
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and make smart, fast decisions 
  • High comfort level with data and the ability to monitor, analyze, and interpret social media metrics and transform those insights into new opportunities 
  • Superior writing, communication, and project management skills are essential. 
  • Experience creating content in the Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
