The Sourcing Specialist is responsible for leading the Recruitment Team in the development, implementation, on-going management and evaluation of recruitment sourcing strategies and initiatives to support the talent needs of the Marshfield Clinic Health System (MCHS).

The Sourcing Specialist is responsible for leading the Recruitment Team in the development, implementation, on-going management and evaluation of recruitment sourcing strategies and initiatives to support the talent needs of the Marshfield Clinic Health System (MCHS). The Sourcing Specialist will partner with recruiters, medical directors/hiring managers and Marketing/Communications to effectively source candidates through maintaining candidate pools or databases, identifying potential candidates and using cost-effective sourcing techniques to attract candidates.

Requirements:

One of the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Health Care, Human Resources, Business, Computer Science or related field and three years of experience marketing through social media and other talent sourcing tools
  • Associate degree in Marketing, Health Care, Human Resources, Business, Computer Science or related field, and five years of experience in recruitment, marketing and/or sales to include at least three years of experience marketing through social media and other talent sourcing tools
  • High school diploma and seven years of experience in recruitment, marketing and/or sales to include at least three years of experience marketing through social media and other talent sourcing tools and previous experience recruiting in a healthcare environment.
