JLL is seeking a Special Events Coordinator in St. Paul, MN.

Coordination: 50% or greater

  • Coordinate with event clients, catering, vendors, and facility staff
  • Draft event memos
  • Design detailed room layouts for events
  • Day of coordination (includes evenings and weekends)

Room Reservations: 20%

  • Respond to event inquiries (primarily wedding inquiries) 
  • Assist in scheduling venue tours 
  • Showing venue to potential clients on an as needed basis

Event Administration: 20%

  • Administering event agreement procedures (scanning, printing, uploading, emailing)
  • Processing event payments

Event Venue Operations: 10%

  • Conduct inventory inspections 
  • Inventory management 
  • Manage event-related venue operations

Customer Service:

  • Proactively develop and maintain client relationships ensuring that expected service levels are achieved 
  • Ensure rules and regulations are followed
