  • Coordinate and lead weekly editorial process for company e-newsletter, including content planning, image curation, copy writing, layout, approval and publishing 
  • Develop, design and create written and visual content for company digital signage and other company branding projects as assigned, including environmental displays and branding throughout company offices, working with external agency or contract support as required.
  • Serve as corporate branding liaison, ensuring that brand guidelines are met 
  • Interview, write articles and post stories for company intranet 
  • Serve as corporate communications team lead for photo and video asset library in partnership with the company librarian 
  • Support all aspects of internal communications, including employee engagement and management communications 
  • Assist with budget tracking 
  • Participate in ad hoc projects and tasks as needed, including periodic updates to various corporate communications materials
  • Bachelor’s degree in in journalism, communications, public relations, marketing or related field preferred 
  • 2-4+ years of experience with communications-related work (i.e., internal communications, marketing, communications, public relations or related functional work) in a dynamic environment 
  • Design experience a plus 
  • Forward thinker, self-starter, team-oriented, responsive and creative 
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to fast changing business priorities 
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign or similar software 
  • Strong interpersonal skills 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
