THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE 

In this role, you will manage business and product operations for Ulta Beauty’s retail media network, UB Media to maximize ad revenue and profitability. In this role, you will support product operations to drive efficiencies in UB Media’s ability to complete work quickly and effectively while seeking to improve ROI. Additionally, this position will support priority project management workstreams tied to UB Media business.

YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH ALL OF THIS BY:

  • Manages critical business priorities tied to improving operational efficiency and evaluating/expanding advertising tech stack. Includes building project timeline, requirements, risks, tracking milestones, executive summary share-outs, and creating internal comms framework across working teams and leadership team.
  • Supports the Go-to-Market planning framework and leads cross-functional deployment with brand partners across all ad products
  • Assists in the day-to-day project managing high priority projects across UB Media including timeline management, milestone tracking, conference reports, and maintaining project status across cross-functional teams.
  • Acts as a key facilitator for smooth product operations across the UB Media ecosystem to ensure seamless product launch processes and flags any deviations from the annual product roadmap.
  • Supports the Product Operations lead to optimize process development and go-to-market processes. Identifies areas for improvement in product launch workflows, proposing solutions to streamline operations and eliminate bottlenecks
  • Enforces and supports product readiness & approval process inclusive of product build, testing, leadership approval and distinguishing stakeholder involvement based on launch type (e.g. Pilot, Alpha, Beta).
  • Manages orchestration across Media Strategy, Sales, Account Management, and Product teams in developing and maintaining the UB Media Quarterly Newsletter.
  • Creates and manages the UB Media internal SharePoint site for Product Strategy & Product Development teams.
  • Partners with Sr. Manager, Media Operations to support UB Media authorization process and makegood processes in coordination with external agency partners and internal Sales & Account Management teams. Leads internal makegood tracking and rectifies operational issues directly with external agency partners.
  • Supports successful end-to-end delivery of UB Media Product Operations products and provides both internal & external agency-facing support for change management initiatives
  • Supports scorecard creation to evaluate and prioritize new offerings based on UB Media business requirements and innovation, in partnership with Product Operations lead.
  • Creates and updates internal training resources for Product Strategy and Product Development teams for new hires.
  • 2-3 years of experience in digital media operations, product operations, or project management
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Understanding of business goals, market dynamics, and how product decisions impact the overall business.
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences in succinct manner.
  • Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement. 
  • Attention to detail: focus on accuracy to recommend informed suggestions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams including internal stakeholders and agency partners
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, growing environment, deal with ambiguity, and remain focused on execution
  • Understanding of digital marketing buying workflow, operational process, and product operations is a plus

The pay range for this position is $57,300.00 - $75,800.00 / Year with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company’s bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs. Full-time positions are eligible for paid time off, health, dental, vision, life and disability benefits. Part-time positions are eligible for dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.
