Radisson Hotel Group is embarking on a strategic digital agenda aimed at transforming the way we engage with guests throughout their travel experience. We see digital technologies as powerful tools to help millions of guests plan their travel, enjoy their stay, and keep connected post stay. We are looking for a digitally-savvy, customer-focused digital marketer to work with internal and external partners to maximize direct online traffic and revenue through various digital channels including; search, meta-search, display, paid social, and affiliate channels. This person is a leader and obsessed with understanding how digital media is transforming the landscape of marketing. He/she is eager to understand how data, conversion marketing, audience profiling, and emerging ad technologies work together to drive new customer growth and can partner across our organization to drive results. The person who succeeds in this role will have the knowledge, skills and drive to help maintain and grow these channels by working within the organization and with agency partners.


Develops and executes paid media programs across a portfolio of brands

  • Develops digital acquisition strategies and tactics across search, meta-search, display, paid social, and affiliate channels; executes through outside agency and partners 
  • Ensures consistency and quality of brand and hotel content and messaging across all channels 
  • Partners with internal stakeholders as the digital expert on various projects and campaigns to fulfill business needs 
  • Day to day management of campaigns

Achieves the budget and KPIs for each channel; provides reporting and actionable insights

  • Uses data to continually optimize tactics to achieve desired KPIs (ROMI, revenue, engagement) within budget in all digital paid media channels 
  • Creates reports and aggregates data into actionable insights that help drive business performance 
  • Participates in the development of annual digital media strategy and budget, business forecasts, and commission tracking 
  • Manages invoice processing and budget management for paid media investments

Drives digital acquisition advocacy and innovation

  • Educates internal stakeholders regarding digital acquisition 
  • Stays abreast of new vendors, technologies and innovations in the digital acquisition space 
  • Partners with brand marketing teams to identify and execute test & learn opportunities with key vendors 
  • Monitors competitors in the space and surfaces relevant learnings


  • Bachelor’s degree, required 
  • 2+ years of digital media experience, required 
  • Google Ads Certification, preferred 
  • Direct agency management and contract management experience, preferred 
  • Corporate experience, preferred 
  • Experience using analytics and measurement to inform data-driven decisions for organizations, required 
  • Experience communicating insights and results with data 
  • Experience executing paid media campaigns (paid search, meta-search, display, affiliates, paid social), required 
  • Experience with 3rd party campaign management platforms (e.g. Kenshoo, SA360 for paid search, or similar) preferred 
  • Possesses superior project management skills, attention to detail, flexibility, resilience, and the ability to manage multiple expectations thought proactive communication, required 
  • Action-oriented with a proven track record of successfully landing and driving digital projects, required 
  • Ability to adapt graciously to changing business conditions and priorities, required
