We currently have a great opportunity available for a Specialist, Product Marketing.

The Specialist, product marketing will support the product management team in various tasks including creating product notifications, developing bill of materials, and managing end-of-life product communications and campaigns. This role requires proactive communication and alignment with all departments within Sysmex, ensuring all initiatives are conducted professionally and within legal, regulatory, and Sysmex standards.

The Specialist, product marketing proactively communicates and works in alignment with all departments within Sysmex and conducts all initiatives professionally, within legal, regulatory, and Sysmex standard. They will demonstrate a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, organizational impact, and ability to manage products and people, within established timelines to meet departmental and company objectives. This role could support the following product lines, Urinalysis, Flow Cytometry, Hematology, Informatics and Hemostasis.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Support product teams working across departments to manage Sysmex products through their lifecycle
  2. Product Notifications: Create and distribute product notifications to relevant stakeholders.
  3. Bill of Materials: Develop and maintain accurate bill of materials for new and existing products.
  4. End-of-Life Communications: Manage end-of-life product communications and campaigns, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
  5. Education Program: Manage and qualify requests for donated analyzers to schools.
  6. Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work in alignment with all departments within Sysmex to ensure cohesive product management.
  7. Other duties as assigned

Percentage of Travel: 25-30%

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing and 2-4 years of relevant work experience. Experience in product marketing preferred. 
  • Strong organizational skills. 
  • Must be able to effectively perform multiple tasks simultaneously. 
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills. 
  • Highly proficient MS Office applications – Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
