Core Responsibilities:

  • Execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with organizational goals. 
  • Monitor online activity across departments and geographies to ensure adherence to established guidelines and best practices. 
  • Collaborate with design and copywriting teams to create compelling and relevant visuals, videos, and written content for social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.). 
  • Optimize company profiles and pages to maximize engagement and reach. 
  • Develop and execute content calendars, ensuring timely and relevant posts. 
  • Monitor industry trends, best practices and competitor activities to stay ahead in digital landscape. 
  • Foster meaningful interactions with our audience, addressing inquiries and building relationships. 
  • Leverage trending topics and hashtags to enhance brand visibility. 
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all social platforms. 
  • Collaborate with regional marketing teams to tailor content for specific markets while maintaining a cohesive global brand voice. 
  • Assist in planning and executing paid social media campaigns. 
  • Regularly analyze social media performance using Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social. 
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness. 
  • Prepare reports for management and stakeholders.

Qualified candidates will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field 
  • Minimum 3+ years in social media marketing, preferably in a B2B context within the food industry 
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems

Required behaviors and skills:

  • Ability to adapt messaging for diverse cultural contexts 
  • Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills 
  • Ability to work independently and effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
