This Senior Analyst is responsible for paid media investment across Kraft Heinz retailer platforms; owning end-to-end activation - optimization - reporting - test & learn - and channel analysis. This individual will hold a meaningful role in media strategy and execution. The role is an integral part of building the foundation and defining processes for a new - fast growing team. To ensure success - the position requires that the candidate be a self-starter - organized - diligent - and highly motivated. The individual is hungry to build - learn - reinvent - and is comfortable with ambiguity and change. Growth opportunities exist in media - insights - brand - sales - and tech.

Responsibilities:

  • Activate omni-channel advertising campaigns including targeted display - search - and OTT/OLV ads to deliver upon key critical metrics 
  • Own channel performance across multiple brands and retailers to get results while meeting growth and ROAS objectives 
  • Own hands-on-keyboard optimizations to meet and exceed objectives across our Kraft Heinz brand portfolio and retailers including Amazon - Walmart - Instacart - Kroger - and Target - etc. in both the United States and Canada 
  • Manage weekly - monthly - and quarterly reporting; Draw insights from raw data for campaign performance - optimization opportunities - test & learns- etc. 
  • Continually test and learn and evaluate potential opportunities; structure tests that drive business growth 
  • Synthesize campaign findings and communicate data-driven recommendations and standard methodologies to internal teams on a regular basis 
  • Interface cross-functionally with eCommerce sales - brand and shopper teams regarding investment analysis - performance - and budget recommendations 
  • Deliver both topline sales - market share and media efficiency targets (Return on Ad Spend – ROAS - Cost per Click – CPC - New-to-Brand Buyers) 
  • Partner with key collaborators to build robust channel - customer - and brand strategies using your subject matter expertise
  • Strong personal motivation in fast paced - often ambiguous environments with a bias for action 
  • Exceptional communication skills - with experience managing multiple partners 
  • Ability to effectively work independently as well as collaboratively across multiple functions 
  • Highly analytical and data-driven with an ability to tell stories using data 
  • Minimum 1-2+ years of proven media buying experience; Paid Search - DSP - DMP and ad serving/tracking (DCM) understanding required 
  • Bonus: Platform experience in - Amazon Advertising - Instacart Ads - Walmart Connect - Kroger PromoteIQ - Criteo - Pacvue - Citrus - Quotient - Amazon Marketing Cloud - Commerce IQ a plus
