As a Senior Digital Art Director you’ll bring marketing campaigns to life throughout an ever-changing mix of digital channels, including and the Target app. You’ll play a versatile role that is both conceptual thinker and skilled designer with deep expertise in digital. As part of a large team of experts, including Strategists, Experience Designers, and Copywriters, you’ll work with other business partners to understand requirements and translate them into solutions that serve the needs of our guests. Our campaigns are large in scale and fast-paced so you’ll need to be self-driven and an effective communicator to gain the support of your team and partners to keep the project moving forward. About You:

  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of digital creative experience
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating breadth of art direction and design within digital channels
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud programs and experience working in web content management systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate design thinking and present to various levels of the organization
