Be part of the $1B Cheerios brand team while also playing a significant role leading our HMM and Seasonal strategies. Join the Cereal OU as the Sr. Brand Associate on Cheerios. You will be working on the company’s iconic brand comes with lots of fun and exciting opportunities that impact millions of Americans every day. In this Sr brand associate role, you will play a critical role on the Cheerios brand team. You will have unique ownership over several aspects of the business (Limited Edition Seasonals and HMM) and play a role in helping to unlock future Cheerios growth opportunities. Development is a top priority on this team and you will have the opportunity to expand your impact and ownership as you demonstrate mastery of skills.

The capabilities and experiences you’ll leverage and continue to build in this role include Cross-Functional Team Leadership, Project Management, Business Analytics, and Brand Building.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Business ownership of Seasonal Limited Editions; includes demand forecasting, strategic planning and analysis, leadership, and management of future innovation pipeline.
  • HMM leadership for Cheerios including project management, pipeline management, and tracking
  • Lead critical projects for BU including NPD, SRM, renovation, sustainability, and nutrition (Proactive Project Management, timelines, key commercialization dates, team meetings)
  • Own budget management and tracking for brand/BX teams
  • Lead Monday movement reporting and business updates for the BU
  • Play critical role in annual plans process by leading the annual business review and key business insights
  • Ensure full team has performance data/summaries and identify opportunities/trends/solutions across the 4Ps that will drive the annual planning process
  • Execute on customer requests (i.e., new product info or packaging mock-ups)
  • Manage CPW/project timeline
  • Manage ECLIPS with packaging driver
  • Lead Sales Materials development

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • 3+ years of experience post-undergrad 
  • Skills: business analyst/strong analytical mindset, project management

PREFERRED QUALFICATIONS:

  • Experience as a Brand Associate or similar role
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to manage and prioritize tasks based on brand priorities
  • Ability to lead projects autonomously: proactively managing risks, creating go-to-market strategies, driving collaboration across functions, and clearly communicating across a large cross-functional team
  • Ability to analyze data, driving to root cause, shaping context and bringing forward business opportunities
  • Ability to build foundational business strategies rooted in business and consumer insights to deliver growth ideas
  • Ability to influence others without formal authority
  • Understand how to apply brand strategy to execution
