Position Details

Sr. Brand Associate
Twin Cities Metro
Minneapolis, MN

Sr. Brand Associates lead critical project management tasks. They may own an innovation or club program, components of the P&L and/or a smaller business within an OU.


  • Lead critical project management tasks (Project Management 
  • Review, timeline, key commercialization dates, team meetings, HMM 
  • Execute elements of brand building, innovation, and/or business model ideas to close gap to financial and volume targets in collaboration with cross-functional teams 
  • May own an Innovation or Club program, components of the P&L and/or a smaller business within Operating Unit, including topline and/or bottom-line responsibilities 
  • Oversee all or part of demand planning to forecast by applying business insights 
  • Mentor and train BA to ensure team achieves brand strategies 
  • Track and manage details of the brand strategies 
  • Own budget management and tracking for ABM 
  • Ensure full team has performance data/summaries and identify opportunities/trends/solutions across the 4Ps and report insights to ABM/Sr. ABM 
  • Execute on customer requests (i.e., new product info or packaging mock-ups) 
  • Manage CPW/project timeline 
  • Manage ECLIPS with packaging driver 
  • Lead Sales Materials development
  •  Partner with cross-functional team to resolve service issues

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • 3+ years of experience post-undergrad 
  • Skills: business analyst/strong analytical mindset, project management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Brand Associate or similar role 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks 
  • Ability to manage and prioritize tasks based on brand priorities 
  • Ability to analyze data and create recommended actions across 4Ps 
  • Ability to influence others without formal authority 
  • Understand how to apply brand strategy to execution
