Role Summary:

As a key member of the Sales and Market Access Capability Teams, this Business Analyst will work with a variety of business stakeholders, product owners, and technical staff to specify, deploy, manage and support a wide array of business platforms and technical solutions. The ideal candidate possesses a good balance of business acumen and technological savvy. The role is customer facing and requires excellent communications skills to foster broad collaboration and serve as an effective liaison between the business and the technical teams. The ability to operate within a fast paced agile environment to manage interdependencies across teams is must.

In this role you will:

  • Collaborate and shape implementation requirements with business stakeholders 
  • Provide consultative support in financial management, organizational change, vendor management, and operational excellence to business lead technology initiatives and to our business or enterprise shared services teams 
  • Provide analysis on key business drivers and metrics using the latest analytics and visualization technology. 
  • Define the needed business cases with project team and process owner, defining business outcomes, including current baseline and future target metrics, such as leading and lagging indicators, and linking to strategic key performance indicators (KPIs). 
  • Builds relationships across teams to deliver consistency in reporting and forecasting. 
  • Review, analyze and evaluates business systems and user needs with the use of technology and business roadmaps 
  • Work to continuously improve the processes and technologies leveraged by your functional area by using value stream mapping to eliminate waste and deliver value from end to end.
  • Works with business partners within one business function to align technology solutions with business strategies. 
  • Demonstrates an informed knowledge of a business area to resolve problems on an ongoing business. 
  • Supports several moderately complex business processes.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Five (5+) years of related experience
  • Understands importance and establish and maintain an excellent working relationship with Product Owners, other Capability stream owners and rest of technical team 
  • Experience with Agile development and SCRUM/SAFE methodologies 
  • Demonstrated ability to assist with the planning and facilitating focused Value Stream Maps, Kaizens, Workshops 
  • Familiarity and working knowledge with CRM, PRM, CX and other Sales Related SaaS based platforms and secondary solutions - experience with MS Dynamics, SAP, Anaplan knowledge is ideal but not critical 
  • Experience in Agile Development, with specific Solution Architect (or similar) experience preferred 
  • Experience managing technical priorities across multiple disciplines 
  • Experience managing the delivery of innovation solutions through agile methods 
  • Applies in-depth professional knowledge and understanding to technical or business problem solving 
  • Strong analytical skills: ability to distill information from disparate data sources and the capability to tell the story behind it, as well as recommendations for next steps. 
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing business requirements 
  • Proven Leadership and Change Management experience in a globally focused, cross-functional environment 
  • Comfortable leading change in areas outside of subject matter expertise, and builds the ability in others 
  • Ability to manage priorities, ambiguity, and data to find and execute improvement opportunities to drive strategic goals.
