The Harley-Davidson Motor Company Corporate Headquarters in Milwaukee, WI is the site where the first H-D factory - a wooden shed - was built in 1903 in the backyard of the William C. Davidson family home. Join our team as a Sr. Content Producer - Video Production.

Job Summary:

Harley-Davidson Motor Company has an amazing opportunity for a motivated, talented Sr. Content Product - Video Production to join our expanding in-house creative agency. Reporting to the Executive Producer, the Sr. Content Producer is a crucial part of the creative process and the overall success of the department. The individual will assist with the creation and execution of Video requests and projects. Within this role the individual will work with Producers, clients, and business partners to ensure quality and brand consistency across all video content. The Sr. Content Producer - Video Production should have 5+ years of Video Production experience and be proficient in crafting a story through editing, and camera operating for high level video projects.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with Producers, clients, and business partners to ensure quality and brand consistency across all video content. 
  • Oversee Motion Design for all video projects as they pertain to Post Production, including quality control 
  • Provide editorial and story producing assistance for high level video projects that involve Motion Graphics 
  • Manage video and photography equipment for all in house projects 
  • Assist video productions through camera operating 
  • Embrace challenges in an energetic, positive manner 
  • Apply creativity to every aspect of your job

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred

Education Specifications;

  • Bachelor’s Degree is strongly preferred; ideally in Marketing, Film, Graphic Design, or related.

Experience Requirements:

  • Five+ years of proven work experience as a video editor, camera operator or video specialist 
  • Expert with digital technology and editing software packages 
  • Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio 
  • Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation and continuity 
  • Familiarity with special effects, 3D and compositing 
  • Creative mind and storytelling skills
