The Best Buy Direct Senior Copywriter is both a writer and a brand steward for Best Buy Education and Best Buy For Business. Their responsibilities will be focused on creating B2B and Education content for Best Buy across many marketing vehicles, including: email, print, social media (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn), web content, sales materials, event booths, customer testimonials, case studies, etc. They will also possess a strong understanding of content strategy to help identify current insights, communication angles and connect the dots in multi-channel messaging.
This person must have a true passion and understanding for growth areas that move quickly. It is essential that the person in this role be able to juggle multiple complex projects at the same time, while delivering smart copy/content that is within the Best Buy Brand Voice. Collaborating with both creative and cross-functional business partners is essential to the success of this role. This candidate should also have a strong understanding of the Business and Education audience that includes the latest trends and best practices to optimize engagement with the brand.
