OVERVIEW

If you’re passionate about working on brand projects and you are communicator at heart, this could be just the right fit. In this temporary, contract position, you will assist our creative team in content creation and brand activation projects. This is a remote position (US) and will work with the Creative Director.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

For specific Creative campaign projects:

Brand Management

  • Partner with Creative Director on creating Creative calendar and timelines for projects 
  • Ensure that brand project plans meet marketing needs and business challenges. 
  • Assist the Creative Director with insights and business-relevant information for the build-up of content 
  • Advise during planning/strategy phase with Marketing/Merch for brand campaigns on what content to produce & how

Production Management:

  • Lead in the development & roll-out of integrated campaigns and drive key initiatives for the brands on a variety of channels (above the line, below the line, experiential marketing) 
  • Work closely with the marketing & merchandising teams to ensure all requests are captured. Host weekly meetings with both teams 
  • Document and facilitate brainstorming sessions with the creative team and streamline channel-native content creation with the in-house team & external vendors 
  • Set up content tests in collaboration with the marketing team, ensuring the created content is being measured and evaluated constantly. Learnings are shared with the creative team on a monthly basis. 
  • Lead our external agencies in building strong, brand-building strategies and creative executions. 
  • Build strategic briefs, challenge creative proposals and follow-up on delivery, making sure it is on brief, on time and within the agreed budgetary levels. 
  • Focus on asset production, delivery, storage, and testing. 
  • Update creative budget Handle invoicing and legal contracts from external vendors 
  • Owns creative deliverable file storage and organization for internal and external partners

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, or equivalent through experience. 
  • Minimum 7 years of brand equity, brand marketing and/or content creation experience.
  • Experience in marketing, managing communication projects, both Above The Line and digital, etc. 
  • Experience with audiovisual, digital content development is a must. You are a digital native or have strong affinity with digital marketing. 
  • Strong interpersonal and authentic influencing skills. 
  • Strong communicator and an engaging collaborator. You are a creative and conceptual thinker and spot opportunities. 
  • Inspirational leadership; see ahead to future possibilities and translate them into breakthrough content and brand strategies. 
  • Have an eye for aesthetics and a creative mindset – as well as the ability to keep a pragmatic, business-and-consumer-oriented approach front of mind 

Education & Work Experience

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Capable in MS Office Suite (Including MS Teams). 
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, virtual environment requiring self-motivation and adaptability.
