Job Overview:

The Sr. Creative Specialist, Digital Content Production, is a member of the in-house Creative Studio within the Brand Marketing Team at Fairview. This dynamic and hands-on role brings a maker mentality to every project, independently and collaboratively producing engaging content across a variety of platforms. The ideal candidate is a curious self-starter and a creative problem solver with an innovative spirit who has worked both independently and collaboratively on concepting, developing, producing, and executing creative across an array of mediums.

Reporting to the Director, Integrated Creative, the Sr. Creative Specialist is comfortable working in a high-performing, fast-moving environment and serves as a day-to-day "go-to" for content-driven assignments––applying expertise in idea generation with a strategic, audience-first mindset, as well as proven ability to lead digital content development, production, and finishing (post-production) of creative across an array of mediums.

From digital campaigns and social media to video production, animation, photography and editing, the Sr. Creative Specialist displays a versality in skills, as well as a comfort and familiarity with new and emerging technology and plays a key role in creating and delivering impactful digital and visual storytelling that connects with our diverse audiences including employees, patients, and the communities we serve.

  • Independently execute end-to-end production, including producing, shooting and editing digital video content that’s optimized for various digital platforms, ensuring platform-specific best practices are applied.
  • Adept at concepting, developing and producing digital-first content for websites, social media, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
  • Thrives working independently and collaboratively, making timely decisions to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams––including Communications, Public Affairs, Human Resources, Community Advancement, Digital, Business teams and Senior Leadership––in the production and execution of bespoke digital content and experiences.
  • Exceptional end-to-end digital video and photography skills, with proven versatility and agility required in a high-performing, high-output studio environment––all while ensuring brand alignment and visual consistency.
  • Ability to create dynamic motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to elevate digital storytelling.
  • Utilize new and emerging technology to aid in the development and production of an array of creative assets
  • Strong organization and multi-tasking skills, enabling effective management of production workflows––including planning, shooting, editing, and post-production within project timelines.
  • Ensure all content is engaging, on-brand, and aligned with department best practices

Required:

  • 5-10 years of experience in content creation, digital storytelling, and post-production.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and other relevant production tools.
  • Experience utilizing project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) to track tasks and collaborate with stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of content strategy, video production, and multimedia storytelling.
  • Experience with editing, sound design, and visual effects for video and multimedia projects.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using new and emerging technology to aid in the development and production of an array of creative assets

  • Ability to lead multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, while effectively managing multiple priorities and stakeholders
  • Experience collaborating with creative, content, and marketing teams to drive efficient production processes.

  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Comfortable presenting content ideas and production plans to all levels of staff within the organization and interacting with all levels of leadership.
  • Knowledge of design principles, brand consistency, and the importance of storytelling in content creation
  • Knowledge of digital marketing platforms, social media, and content management systems is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. Ability to balance creativity with operational efficiency
  • Proficiency in Project Management tools (Asana), Asset Management Tools; Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Power-Point, Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook
  • Use provided data and performance insights to iterate and optimize content for better engagement and effectiveness.

Preferred:

  • 5-10 years experience in content creation, digital storytelling and post-production in a healthcare setting.
  • Knowledge of healthcare marketing regulations (HIPAA compliance, patient-sensitive content)

$80100.80-$113068.80 / Annual *based on full time (80 hours/ppd or 1.0 FTE).
