In support of the company mission, this Senior Digital Designer is expected to managethe planning, creative development and day to day execution of integrated digital marketing campaigns that result in new business opportunities for OnCourse Learning business lines (Financial Services, Healthcare, Real Estate/IT, and Media & Publishing).The ideal candidate will have a successful digital design track record, outstanding people skills, proven ability to be a creative and innovative thinker and provide direction to other members of the digital marketing team.

Essential Functions:

  • Website UI/UX Design: Work collaboratively and proactively with internal and external teams (brand, content, channel, IT, sales, consultants) to design and optimize web properties 
  • Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by designing sites to convert traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers). 
  • Campaign Design: Execute integrated and actionable marketing campaign elements including marketing automation design studio graphic assets including email and landing page templates, headers, footers, images that can scale across geographies and offerings, with a clear focus on quality execution and results. 
  • Measurement: Implement testing methodologies (A/B) across website pages and email including subject lines, content, images, landing pages, offers, mailing frequency, send schedules, segments, etc. to continually improve overall initiatives. 
  • Partnership: Work collaboratively and proactively with partners internally (brand, content, channel, sales teams, IT) to translate ideas into effective digital campaign elements. 
  • Creative Direction:Guide team members on current design trends and applications.Serve as back-up for Director when needed.

Essential Education, Skills and Experience:

  • BA/BS degree in marketing, graphic arts, communications or related 
  • 5+ years experience in B2C and B2B digital marketing, marketing automation, web/online/interactive design including website front-end, landing pages, email, social media 
  • Possess a strong understanding of visual design and typography to produce consistent, clean, and compelling designs, icons, and graphics that achieve business objectives 
  • Expert Knowledge in UX/UI best practices, HTML, CSS, Adobe creative suite, MS Office Suite 
  • Experience building and maintaining WordPress websites, including creating custom landing pages, content pages, blog maintenance, and general site maintenance 
  • Experience working in systems such as: Marketo, Salesforce.com, Google Analytics 
  • Perform on-page search engine optimization (SEO) 
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully influence multiple stakeholders and participate on cross-functional teams across geographies and business units 
  • Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously 
  • The ideal candidate is a self-starter with proven experience designing and optimizing websites, landing pages, email templates, social media posts.
