Position Details

Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist
Twin Cities Metro
Saint Paul, MN

This position develops and provides leadership to digital marketing strategies for LSS that engage and inspire people to action. It is responsible for creating social media campaigns, webpages, email marketing campaigns, assisting with content marketing, and developing Google AdWords campaigns, in alignment with strategies developed by Marketing and Communications Managers. The incumbent will then measure our success across all these locations.

Minimum Requirements;

  • BA/BS or equivalent combination of education and experience in marketing, communications, journalism, technology, or other multimedia related discipline. 
  • 3 years of relevant experience with social media, digital marketing, and website management. 
  • Strong writing skills. 
  • Proficiency with social media platforms. 
  • Proficiency with a web content management system. 
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics and Google AdWords 
  • Basic image editing skills. 

Preferred Skills: 

  • Basic/intermediate knowledge of HTML and CSS, user-experience (UX Design), content strategy, search engine optimization (SEO), and email marketing. 
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills. 
  • Critical thinking and attention to detail. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. 
  • Work effectively with internal clients and cross-functional teams. 
  • Have passion, integrity, energy, and creativity.
