The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist will collaborate with the marketing team and agency partners to design, implement and optimize digital strategies and campaigns run both internally and with our external customers in DIY retail, commercial and grocery channels.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

  • Collaborate, develop and execute all digital marketing campaigns including; SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising campaigns. 
  • Work with marketing team and agency partners to establish best practices around use of data and analytics to inform marketing and campaign effectiveness. 
  • Measure, report and optimize all digital marketing campaigns against goals (ROI and KPI’s). 
  • Collaborate with marketing team and agencies on content strategy to drive traffic to sellars.com and partner sites. 
  • Monitor and report metrics on social media and Google Analytics to make informed decisions on campaigns and web traffic. 
  • Understanding of A/B testing, lead generation, conversion metrics and how to optimize campaigns and drive business results. 
  • Ability to develop strategy and execute marketing campaigns on key social platforms including; Facebook, Instagram, X, and TikTok. 
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to implement best practices in email marketing/marketing automation with platforms like HubSpot or Mail Chimp. 
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including; email, social media, search engine marketing and content marketing 
  • Experience designing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns 
  • Strong analytical skills & understanding of digital metrics and KPI’s 
  • Ability to communicate effectively across departments 
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, e-Commerce platforms and social media platforms 
  • Experience with campaign tracking software like Sprout Social 
  • Ability to meet deadlines and solve problems independently and with a team

Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications or related field 
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in digital marketing, analytics, marketing campaign management
