Sr. eCommerce Specialist

Join Jack Link's as a Sr. eCommerce Specialist to be responsible for coordinating, implementing, tracking, and optimizing our Link Snacks Inc. eCommerce Direct-to-Consumer properties. In this new role, you will participate in building strategy and will own the execution that drives maximum revenue and conversion. The daily workstream will include helping us to build industry leading experiences that strengthen our brand loyalty, improve customer retention, and increase sales. This role will report to the Sr. Director of eCommerce and Digital Strategy.

Specifically, you will:

  • Work tactically and strategically with brand, sales, and other teams within the organization to grow our direct to consumer eCommerce presence and demand for our products
  • Work with support agencies and brand teams to develop and introduce new content, merchandising plans and promotions for the channel. Participate in regular audits to ensure accuracy, timeliness and relevancy.
  • Coordinate performance-based digital media and acquisition strategies including budgets, programming and vendor management across paid media (search, social, display, email, re-marketing) to deliver against growth and revenue goals.
  • Participate in user experience testing and develop improvements to drive revenue.
  • Understand and leverage web analytics to optimize customer interactions with site content, product assortment and shopping experiences.
  • Work cross-functionally to manage creative assets across the entire online customer journey

Required education, skills and experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, IT, or related field required 
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or channel management, with progressively more responsibility and a track record of results 
  • 3+ years of experience SEM and SEO 
  • 3+ years of experience with Google Analytics, Adwords and/or similar platforms 
  • Experience with Magento or similar eCommerce platform/CMS 
  • Experience with WordPress, Salsify, and email marketing platforms preferred 
  • Experience in platform, UX or IT related project management preferred 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • An entrepreneurial and innovative spirit to act quickly and think differently
