Sr. Manager Commerce Marketing

As a Commerce Senior Marketing Manager, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on Post Consumer Brands (PCB) portfolio of brand’s omni-channel success and growth. As a key member of the marketing team, you will support the business goals of marketing and consumer communication strategies to increase awareness and ultimately deliver conversion both in-store and ecommerce for our portfolio brands.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Create a digital strategy and execution plan that drives growth in both brands in-store and ecommerce sales 
  • Adept at creating and maintaining a yearly digital budget that complements digital strategy. 
  • Understand consumer’s interests, concerns, needs and interests to help ensure our content strategy is on target for our audience. 
  • Be fluent in analyzing paid media, optimizing ad spends and reporting metrics. 
  • Continuously test new marketing channels, merchandising features, and other business opportunities to improve the customer experience and grow revenue. 
  • Develop and execute strategies to rapidly achieve growth in revenue while meeting brand and portfolio profitability objectives. 
  • Drive traffic and acquire new customers through data driven retail media tactics 
  • Execute strategies & partnerships with retailers’ around customer-specific programs and channel-specific ad spend 
  • Key participant in customer relationships through regular customer meetings, JBP, cost negotiations and annual planning



  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred


  • Strong marketing and digital media acumen, ecommerce experience preferred 
  • Experience designing and measuring media and audience-based tests 
  • Ability to distill complex datasets into actionable insights and recommendations 
  • High attention to detail and accuracy with strong analytical skills 
  • Great attitude: realize that the energy and attitude they bring, impacts not only their performance but the performance of those around them 
  • Transparency: are direct, factual, and straight-forward 
  • Flexibility: ask questions for greater insight, and make recommendations relative to alternatives, options or other solutions 
  • The ability to successfully partner with multiple stakeholders and thrive in a fluid environment while managing multiple priorities 
  • Experience with campaign tracking and measurement tools 
  • Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills 
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in CPG industry or related industry is required - Shopper Marketing, Retailer Marketing, Omnichannel Customer Marketing, eCommerce Marketing, Consumer Promotions, Brand Marketing or Digital 
  • Must have experience working with Amazon in Commerce/Shopper Marketing role as well as other pure play eCommerce retailers
