Position Details

Sr. Manager, eCommerce Marketing - Retail Media

This role is responsible for defining overarching vision for marketing and media strategies for our eCommerce channel initiatives including direct partnerships, programmatic media buying, paid social and paid search to consistently and successfully deliver the execution of complex programs. This position requires that the candidate be a self-starter, highly motivated, and a strategic media rockstar. This individual will hold a diverse role in both the planning and strategy of media/marketing executions across retail platforms, ensuring team delivers against strategic sales and media objectives flawlessly. Sr. Manager should have a strong retail media perspective and knowledge, pushing customers to develop best in class products and determining how KHC can win.


  • Responsible for media marketing activities of the company’s products with the objective of improving the company’s participation in the digital media. 
  • Responsible for the development and implementation of various digital strategies. 
  • Accountable for a specified unit or a specific group of products. 
  • Identifies opportunities and trends within existing and new digital segments. 
  • Develops digital brand/reputation strategy and implementation plan. 
  • Develops and attains key performance indicators for implemented strategies to include identification of key drivers for proposed strategy. 
  • Monitors competitor's digital activity and ensures that appropriate response strategies are formulated and communicated. 
  • Contributes to the strengthening of the company’s image within the digital space. 
  • May also contribute to the development of new products and services. 
  • Develops staff and direct reports within the department. 
  • Contributes to the integration of digital media/marketing with the other areas of the company.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with experience managing multiple stakeholders expectations 
  • Ability to demonstrate individual, team, and project leadership skills 
  • Excellent analytical skills 
  • Strong personal motivation and ability to effectively work independently as well as collaboratively across multiple functions 
  • Knowledge of syndicated data via IRI, Nielsen syndicated data, household panel, market basket studies, etc. and/or retailer specific marketing data 
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office tools 
  • Media buying experience, DSP, DMP and ad serving/tracking (DCM) understanding preferred 
  • Prior media agency experience preferred 
  • Prior or relevant experience in Retail (eCommerce a plus) and Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)
