Description and Requirements:

In the role of Creative Marketing Manager, you will lead creative development and brand application for the North America marketing team at Motorola, this includes:

  • Managing the various designers, creative producers and project support on the inhouse team. 
  • Working closely and communicating with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of creative and Moto brands across different teams. 
  • Collaborating directly with global brand teams and agencies on new product campaign production and assets, to ensure they meet the needs of NA business. 
  • Working with peers to assess activations and marketing opportunities from a brand and creative perspective. 
  • Providing brand guidance and direction for both internal and external stakeholders applying the Motorola brand in NA. 
  • Guiding the creative team on seasonal and brand activations throughout the year. 
  • Staying up to date on design best practices as well as consumer research to inform creative team recommendations. 
  • Working with team project manager and Integrated marketing lead to manage new product planning work backs based on regional needs 
  • Working with project manager and creative team to ensure asset availability and organization for all the stakeholders 
  • Managing budget and costs for creative production and support as needed on a quarterly basis.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Design, Communications or related field required 
  • Minimum 4+ years’ experience managing a creative team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in design preferred 
  • Must be knowledgeable of the Adobe Creative Suite in order to give direction 
  • Must be able to use a PC computer 
  • Must be willing to learn and use Android OS technology 
  • Must possess a strong sense of concept development, in addition to communicating a concept verbally and written 
  • Must be familiar with Microsoft applications including: Word, PowerPoint and Outlook 
  • Working knowledge of Monday.com platform is preferred but not required
