Sr. Marketing Digital Specialist

The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist plays a key role in the evolution of Duluth’s digital and traditional marketing capabilities. You will set the vision, the roadmap and drive the execution of advanced marketing use cases. The position will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver data science capabilities, journey orchestration, personalization, targeting, measurement and incredible story telling across online and offline platforms. The right individual will be able to naturally navigate both the art and science of marketing.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead Adobe capabilities across Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Assets, Workfront and other Adobe products
  • Educate the organization on value driving capabilities across campaign & journey management, decisioning & personalization, testing & optimization and audience segmentation
  • Define a cohesive short, mid and long term vision for Duluth’s targeted marketing capabilities across online and offline customer touchpoints 
  • Lead, orchestrate and communicate Duluth’s enterprise marketing technology roadmap
  • Be knowledgeable and conversant with the offline and online marketing technology landscape 
  • Deep understanding of the brand(s) and the customer, and apply understanding of technology to support marketing and audience segmentation goals
  • Identify gaps throughout the customer experience funnel and recommend actionable solutions
  • Define, develop and build campaign architecture, collaborating with creative resources as needed
  • Articulate and execute new, potentially high yeild campaign initiatives and tests
  • Partner with team members across IT, marketing, ecommerce, customer insights and data science to brainstorm, define and implement forward thinking use-cases across our suite of marketing capabilities
  • Demonstrate a grasp of the fundamental importance of clean data to empower successful digital marketing initiatives in support of larger business objectives
  • Act as product owner to deliver on the roadmap you’ve defined; partner with an extensive cross-functional team to bring use-cases to life.
  • Report to executive leadership on the value you are delivering
  • Bridge business & technical requirements to provide a cohesive, seamless solution to meet short and long term business objectives
  • Lead, own and manage the enterprise relationship with Adobe’s marketing technology team

What We’re Looking for:

  • BS in marketing, communications, digital marketing technology or digital media. MBA preferred
  • 5+ years’ experience with Enterprise Marketing technologies such as Audience Management (Adobe Audience Manager), Campaign Management (Salesforce, Unica/IBM Campaign), Decision Management (Unica Interact), Tag Management (Adobe Launch), CDP, DMP, AEP and/or Content/Testing/Optimization platforms (AEM, Adobe Target)
  • Combined Marketing/Tech savvy background in omni-channel marketing with demonstrable hands-on experience
  • Experience in leading and organizing project teams and working across organizational boundaries to deliver positive results
  • Exceptional communication skills, ability to state things simply, ask effective questions and communicate persuasively across different audiences ranging from leadership to end user levels
  • Leading by example, driven, excellent execution and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve results while working in a cross-functional environment
  • Ability to develop and execute high-ROI marketing programs Strong business acumen with ability to think strategically
  • Strong understanding of media and marketing principles
  • Outstanding communicator with strong presentation skills; excellent analytical skillset required Highly organized and creative problem solver with an attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
