The Sr. Marketing Generalist plays an important role in the development and production of the highest-quality marketing strategies and initiatives, ensuring marketing plans align with the organization’s mission and vision. Vertical markets include prescribers, patients, health systems and manufacturers.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, graphic design and digital asset development and management capabilities, and the ability to assist in the guidance of a wide variety of marketing projects across several brands. He/She/They will have the opportunity to play a key role in marketing activities including, but not limited to creative design and production of print materials such as patient welcome kits, flyers, presentations, brochures; email creation and production and list management; website and social media design and development; and sales enablement tool design. This person will be highly creative and enjoy working with collaborative, cross-functional partners toward shared milestones and deliverables.

How do I make an impact on my team?

  • Design, facilitate and measure integrated marketing activities/campaigns. 
  • Facilitate the on-time delivery of print marketing materials, including the design, layout, print production and approval of collateral by internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Utilize strong design and organizational skills to create engaging email content and campaigns and ensure platform’s lists are current. 
  • Coordinate updates and postings to the company’s websites and portals to ensure all content is regularly published and organized and review and flag outdated content. 
  • Develop sales enablement tools such as presentations and collateral that represent the company’s message and vision. 
  • Maintain company’s internal and external marketing materials libraries/portals to ensure compliance. 
  • Manage the company marketing content calendar. 
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently while supporting multiple initiatives and priorities to timelines. 
  • Collaborate with other marketing team members and cross-functional partners to assist various other marketing initiatives

What our team expects from you?

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related discipline, preferred. 
  • Five or more years of experience in digital and print marketing. 
  • A healthcare background is desirable. 
  • Adept at solving problems and troubleshooting in a matrixed environment. 
  • Project management experience including timeline creation, process organization, on-time follow-through proactive communication and attention to detail. 
  • Proficient at managing and supporting multiple priorities in an environment with tight deadlines. 
  • Superior graphic design and digital asset development and management. 
  • Knowledge of HTML.
  • Proficient in WordPress, MailChimp, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), LinkedIn, Adobe Analytics and Canva 
  • Knowledge of Americans with Disability Act (ADA) and/or 508 requirements is desirable 
  • Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives 
  • The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees

Salary Range: $63,773.00 To 83,750.00 Annually
