Sr. Marketing Manager - Hospital Infusion

Smiths Medical is currently hiring a Sr. Marketing Manager in Minneapolis, MN.

The Sr. Marketing Manager will be responsible for the U.S.downstream marketing activities for our next generation infusion portfolio. This portfolio includes pump hardware, disposables and accessories.

  • Primary responsibilities include pricing, promotions, marketing campaigns, market insights, and product management for U.S. market. 
  • Develop sales tools, manage customer excellence programs, and have direct engagement with key and strategic accounts. 
  • Product management responsibilities include field action communications, inventory planning input, finished goods activation, product hold, back order communication, and forecasting for new stock. 
  • Additional responsibilities include marketing plans, tradeshow strategy and promotions, sales playbook development, on-going adherence to financial goals and new product launch metrics 
  • Marketing to lead regional competitor and industry market intelligence, voice of customer translations into sales messaging, marketing programs, and development of KOLs through local customer symposiums and workshops.


  • Minimum of a Bachelors’ Degree in related field required 
  • 10+ years’ experience in marketing or related field in medical device, 7+ years with MBA 
  • Experience with downstream marketing activities, developing customer programs or driving product adoption 
  • Ability to travel approximately 20% 
  • Ability to execute highly complex or specialized projects; adapts precedent and may make significant departures from traditional approaches to develop solutions.
