Pest Elimination Marketing offers the unique opportunity to reach across both Industrial and Institutional Groups within Ecolab along with a high level of global collaboration and accessibility to senior leaders. We are seeking a Sr. Marketing Manager to lead NA Pest Elimination Digital Solutions with focus on innovation.

Key accountabilities include:

  • Partner with technology platform leaders and cross functional partners to develop and drive connected platforms roadmap with a portfolio view that reinforces the value proposition 
  • Build effective cross functional (RD&E, CDS, Sales, Ops) partnerships to support platform growth and manage development of future connected / digital enhancements 
  • Leverage and build Finance partnerships to develop business model 
  • Develop and execute connected program activation strategy that includes pricing, launch strategy, and deployment method for emerging pest segments 
  • Collaborate with Segment Marketing teams, especially on pilot execution and launch planning 
  • Deliver compelling and actionable Sales and Operations training that enables teams to leverage digital to drive growth and/or productivity 
  • Track, assess and elevate awareness of competitive programs, messaging, and innovation 
  • Share program expansion with global teams to enable digital development that meets localized customer / regulatory requirements while maintaining overall global connected value proposition.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of professional experience or MBA in Marketing with 2+ years of experience, preferably in product marketing 
  • Product marketing and innovation experience. 
  • Adept at identifying customer insights and leveraging those insights to build new offering concepts 
  • Experience in supporting new product launch strategies, including pricing, marketing communications and value proposition development 
  • Cross-functional leadership and team development, including change leadership 
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, particularly to executive level management and a diverse range of stakeholders 
  • High learning agility, willingness and ability to quickly learn about new technologies, and trends within the space

  • Business-to-business marketing 
  • Integrating and leveraging digital capabilities to increase customer relevance and value delivery 
  • Digital product ownership and agile development
