Sr. Multimedia Producer

The Sr. Multimedia Producer is responsible for providing creative direction, and post-production expertise for a variety of multimedia and video projects – customer stories, external promotional social videos, internal company messaging, recruiting videos, corporate training and other enterprise-wide projects. The ideal candidate is talented story-teller and technical master who can use this medium to create engaging stories and messages that deeply connect with audiences. The Sr. Multimedia Producer will also be responsible for filming and post-production work on a variety of multimedia and video projects.


  • Provides creative input in initial storyboarding meetings, is able to provide ideas and suggestions based on industry best practices and experience 
  • Defines appropriate creative and interactive elements, talent, storyboarding, shoot planning and execution, editing, formatting, and distribution needed for effective and engaging video/multimedia projects 
  • Produces professional-quality final projects that meet brand standards using video, audio and photo editing software 
  • Works to create and update standards and templates for video/audio deliverables to improve performance and ROI 
  • Scopes work effort and budget on video/audio projects and is able to provide insight into team members’ technical abilities for non-video partners 
  • Reviews and approves video vendors for projects (talent, servers, etc.) 
  • Plans and coordinates travel and equipment needed for remote location shoots

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in videography, film, multimedia, or equivalent combination of related education and experience 
  • 5+ years of advertising or corporate multimedia/video experience 
  • Ability to provide insight and consultation in pre-production about overall storytelling, business goal alignment, creative direction of videos with business partners. 
  • Thorough understanding of best practices both in multimedia as well as industry as a whole. 
  • Expert technical skills in video, audio and post-production equipment, experience with various content distribution networks 
  • Possesses or fosters a strong visual acuity and the ability to articulate ideas to art directors, graphic designers and copywriters 
  • Ability to coach and mentor junior team members and provide direction in planning and execution of videos. 
  • Exhibits a professional demeanor with executives, business partners and customers 
  • Ability to travel when needed; 25-30%

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Healthcare or Animal Health industry experience 
  • Experience Final Cut Pro strongly preferred
